In the 1950s there was only one ski school in the entire Pitztal. This ski school was headed by Schlierenzauer Alois.
At the end of the 1950s the "Skischule Jerzens am Hochzeiger" was taken over and managed by Hans Partoll until 1964.
In the mid-1960s, Egwin Eiter took over the "Skischule Jerzens". During his 30 years in management, he changed the company name to "Skischule Hochzeiger". The ski school was operated as a company for the first time.
Karl Neuner briefly headed the "Skischule Hochzeiger".
Rainer Schultes has been the director of the "Skischule Hochzeiger-Pitztal" since 1994/95. Internally, the ski and snowboard school was operated as a civil law company (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts). The company has now been converted into a limited partnership (Kommanditgesellschaft).
