After the first exercises for the use of the skis, the kids learn how to ski straight ahead ("schussing").
With the snow plough, you learn how to stop and it is also the basis of making turns.
At this skill level, the little ones can make small turns in the practice area.
Now the children learn how to use the pommel lift and ski down on blue slopes.
The children of this group can do the snow plough and small descents in the practice area.
The children can safely ski on blue slopes and do turns with the snow plough.
In this group, the children can ski safely on blue and red slopes. During traversing (between the turns) they ski with parallel skis. In this skill level the kids also take ski poles with them.
In this skill level, the children can ski on blue, red, and black slopes. The skiing is mostly parallel, only for the turns, the children use a small snow plough.
The children in this group can ski on blue, red, and black slopes in a total parallel way. Also, the turns are with parallel skis on each slope. In this group, they learn to use the ski poles appropriatly and they start to ski in different types of terrain (bumpy slope, deep snow, ...).
The participants of J6 train to use the edges of the skis in a better and more efficient way to control the speed also on steep slopes. In this skill level, the children also improve their skills in skiing in different terrains (bumpy slope, deep snow, ...).
The children of the top group learn how to perfect their skiing skills on every type of terrain, they get insight and will be trained in the valuation of avalanches and other alpine dangers.
The participants of this group can use a pommel lift and safely ski on blue slopes. To make turns they use the snow plough.
Now the participants can ski with parallel skis while traversing between the turns and for the turns they use a small snow plough. The adults ski on blue and red slopes.
The participants of this group can ski on all slopes (blue, red, and black) in a total parallel way. Now they make their first steps in different terrains, like deep snow, bumpy slope,... .
In this group, you learn to control your speed on steep slopes and use your edges more efficiently. You will also learn the right technique in different snow conditions and terrains (deep snow, bumpy slope, ...).
In this group, your goal is to perfect your skills in all snow conditions and different terrains.
In this group, the participants can slide on both edges (frontside & backside) and they started to learn how to make turns.
The snowboarders can make turns on blue and sometimes also red slopes.
You make the drift turns safely on blue, red, and black slopes. Now the participants learn to "high unweighting" the board to prepare the turns. Further on you learn the first steps of slopestyle and you will try out to snowboard in the fun park on boxes and small kickers.
In this group, the already good snowboarders learn more tricks in the fun park and slopestyle. Also snowboarding in "powder-snow" is on the schedule of this skill level. On the slopes, your instructor learns you how to use your edges in a more efficient way to control your speed also on steep slopes.
Now the participants perfect their technique on different terrains and all kinds of snow conditions. The tricks in the fun park and on the slopes will be more difficult and the jumps will be higher.
