This group has never skied before. They start by learning the basics such as how to put on their equipment, balance on skis, how to control their speed and stop safely.
The participants can safely ski down easy slopes (pommel lift) in snow plough and several turns.
The participants are able to ski safely on blue and red slopes. During traversing (between the turns) the skis are parallel and only in the turns they are in a small snowplough position.
The participants in this group can already ski parallel on all blue and red slopes. They also make their first steps in deep snow.
In order to be able to control the speed also on steep slopes, the use of edges is trained even more. Further, the technique of deep snow skiing or on the mogul slope also will be introduced.
In this group, the skills you have learned will be further refined and perfected. Now you can ski safely on all types of terrain and snow.
